I am selling a house with a yard in Vabel village, Pleven area, Municipality of Nikopol. In the yard of 1 decare and 180 square metres there are an outdoor sink and toilet, as well as fruit trees, plants and a small vine. The place is quiet and peaceful, next to an asphalted street leading to the village centre. The house is fairly big: it consists of two separate buildings attached to each other. Currently access to this attic floor is only possible with a portable ladder (there is an external entrance above the first entrance door, and an internal entrance accessed from the first room of the second entrance door). Next to the second building a small shed is attached, also visible on the pictures. The selling price is BGN 40 000 /20500 EURO/. Vabel village is located near the so-called Nikopol plateau (protected ecozone under “Natura 2000” - http://natura2000.moew.government.bg/Home/ProtectedSite?code=BG0000247&siteType=HabitatDirective/), 50km away from the town of Pleven and 7km away from the town of Nikopol. Through the village passes the road Nikopol – Belene – Svishtov (Svishtov being 44km away). Near the municipality of Nikopol the Osam river gracefully merges into the Danube river. The region around Vabel village is suitable for hunting, fishing, eco-tourism. From Nikopol to Romania there is a daily ferry – Nikopol-Turnu Magurele. There is a big chance for a bridge to be built in the near future over the Danube river near Nikopol, connecting Bulgaria and Romania.
